I have tried with two different lenders, to re-fi my house.  Once with the in-house lender from my past brokerage and once with a lender my personal accountant recommended.  Both times, I was not able to qualify, or so they said.  Perhaps because I file using a 1099, or some other reason. I just don't know.  

When I began my tenure here at John Aaroe Group, I introduced myself to Dorain Williams, with Madison Lending Group, here in the Sunset Strip office.  I told her of my past experience's and she suggested I complete an application and she would see what she could do.  Long story short, I signed loan docs last night for my re-fi.  What a great experience it has been working with a professional, such as Dorain.  She was always there to answer any questions, and she worked hard to make this work for me.  I would highly recommend Dorain to you, for all your lender needs.
